- Ensure appropriate compliance mechanisms and reporting are established to conduct activities both lawfully and ethically
- To act as a liaison between management and the Board
- To identify and communicate effectively with stakeholders against an agreed framework
- Responsibility for the performance and management of staff
- Responsibility for delegation and oversight of duties where appropriate, to fulfil the day to day management of the IoDSA

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

- Overseeing functions of the Membership and Director Development departments
- Relationship Building with stakeholders, sponsors, members, and professional networks
- Managing the Human Resource processes, programmes and practices to ensure maximising human capital resources
- Managing of BBBEE certification and establishing a process for enhancement
- Employment Equity strategy and reporting for IoDSA aligned with the legislative framework
- Management of daily business operations
- Hosting, presenting and acting as MC at IoDSA events and functions

- Managing, directing and organising of the Director Development (DD) department including,
- Developing of business plans and marketing strategies
- Comprehensive managing and quality assurance plus continuously assessing of the IoDSA programmes
