Angela is a Chartered Director (SA) and is a founder and director of Professional Service Hub (Pty) Limited – YourHub and Your Events (Pty) Ltd, organisations established to offer leadership, management and operational support services and event management services.

 

She is the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA).  She has been involved in the field of director education for 20 years, has been in an executive leadership role within the professional body and non-profit landscape for 15 of those years. In addition to her executive role, Angela has served on a variety of board sub committees such as Nominations, Social and Ethics and Remuneration Committees.

 

She is a former Chair of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) and now works actively with the international forum guiding its Secretariat.  She has also previously served on the Council of the International Integrated Reporting Council and as the Deputy Chair of the African Corporate Governance Network (ACGN).  Is also Chair of the Nominations Committee for the Water Research Institute South Africa. 

 

On the fun side, Angela is mad about dogs, loves both the sea and the bushveld and is a MotoGP fanatic #33 #BradBinder.
